Channel management brings your bookings and availability together on the platform while you run your unit. With operations management, our team follows your bookings and guests and coordinates the daily services, within the scope of the contract.
Do I have to subscribe to every service?
You can choose just the service you need. Check the package details for what it takes to activate it, or contact us and we will help you choose.
What does the cleaning & maintenance subscription include?
Each package sets out the scope of service, the work included and any additional costs, so you know what your subscription covers before you start.
How are operations management fees calculated?
As a share of gross income. Our sales team gives you an offer that sets out the share and the services included before you sign.
Does financial tracking need a separate subscription?
No. Revenue and expense tracking and reporting are included in the channel management subscription.
Does financial tracking include collecting payments and settling owners' dues?
It covers tracking, reports and data export only. It does not include collecting payments or settling owners' dues.
Does Suitiee connect with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes: a direct connection with Airbnb and Booking.com, and iCal calendar links for other platforms, as each platform supports.
Does syncing prevent booking conflicts entirely?
Syncing helps reduce conflicts, and Suitiee alerts you when it finds one. Update speed varies with the platform and the connection type, so a conflict remains possible.
Can I manage units for more than one owner?
Yes. An operator account lets you manage several units and owners and follow how the units perform.
Does Suitiee handle the licence?
Yes, from preparing the application and following up on the requirements to completing the process and issuing the licence.
Do cleaning and maintenance cover my location?
