How much does short-let apartment cleaning cost?
The studio package starts at 600 SAR a month, VAT included, and you can pay per visit instead. Prices by unit size are on the pricing page.
When does cleaning start after the guest leaves?
The visit is scheduled from the checkout date, within the cleaning window you set for your unit, and the team is sent once the checkout is confirmed.
Can I cancel a cleaning visit?
A pending visit can be cancelled at no charge more than 24 hours before its window, and the amount returns to the wallet or package it was paid from.
Is cleaning available in my city?
It is available in Riyadh today. Share your unit's location and the service you need, and we will confirm the coverage available.
Does the service cover maintenance?
You can log a maintenance request — air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, appliances or general — set its priority and follow its status from your account.
