Packages
A package is a block of visits bought in advance. It costs less per visit than paying from the wallet, and its visits are used first.
What you need
- A wallet balance or a card to buy the package with — or an operator who subscribes you to one out of their own credit.
Step 1 — Buy one
Money → My Packages. Each package says how many visits it holds, what it costs, and how long it lasts. Buying it puts the visits on your account immediately.
Step 2 — Watch it being used
A confirmed turnover takes one visit from the package. The order is fixed and worth knowing:
- A package your operator funded for you.
- A package you bought yourself.
- The wallet.
So an operator's block is spent before your own money is.
Step 3 — Renew before it expires
You are told a week before a package expires. Unused visits do not carry over — a package is a block of time as much as a block of visits.
When it goes wrong
