Checklists and proof photos
A visit is finished when it has been proved, not when somebody says it is. The proof is a set of photos and a worked checklist, and the FINISH button does not work without them.
What you need
- A cleaner signed in on their phone at the unit.
- A service that carries a photo requirement and a checklist — set up by Suitiee, not by you.
Step 1 — Before photos
Taken at the start, after the cleaner has checked in on site. They are what an argument about the state of a unit is settled against.
Step 2 — The checklist
Room by room. Each item is ticked, and anything wrong is reported on the item rather than mentioned afterwards.
A reported issue is not just a note: it raises a maintenance visit for somebody else to do, linked back to the finding it came from. See Maintenance.
Step 3 — After photos
Taken when the work is done. The screen says how many are still needed and refuses to finish until they exist. "Take 2 more photos first" is the whole of the error, on purpose.
Step 4 — Read them
The photos are on the cleaning's own page in your panel, and they are linked in the message you get when a cleaning completes. Hosts, operators and the cleaning company can all see the same set.

Why the photo count is enforced
Because a photo taken at the door of a unit that was never entered looks exactly like a photo of a clean unit. The count, the check-in location and the timestamps together are what make the set worth anything — and they are what a dispute is decided on. See Disputes.
When it goes wrong
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| FINISH does nothing | Not enough photos have been taken | The screen says how many are missing |
| A photo of a corner rather than a room | The requirement is a count, not a composition | The company's supervisor is the check on this |
| A check-in recorded far from the unit | The job was started before arriving | Visible to the company and the host; it counts against the visit |
| A finding that raised no maintenance visit | It was written as a note rather than reported on the item | Raise the visit from the cleaning's page |
| Photos you cannot see | The visit is not finished yet | They appear as they are taken |
